JOB DESCRIPTION

Yum Cha Garden City (Mt Gravatt) is a fast-paced, family restaurant serving traditional dim sum and Cantonese cuisine. We are looking for energetic, reliable, professional, and motivated individuals to join our growing team. Applicants must:

  • Be passionate about food, wine and hospitality
  • Be willing to work in all aspects of FOH
  • Be willing to work under pressure and have good problem-solving skills
  • Have Australian working rights
  • Be available at least 1 day at weekends

  • The flexibility to work to a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays, days and nights
  • Experience using POS systems
  • Able to carry 3 plates (or willing to learn how)
  • An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
