We are on the hunt for talented waitstaff and bar staff . Has energy and enthusiasm who wants a job that is exciting, fast paced, challenging and fun.
You must have 2-3 years experience in hospitality and 1 year with full A la carte service to a high level, understanding what makes great customer service and giving an exceptional experience to our patrons. Needless to say you must be a team player with excellent communication skills.
You must know how to run a busy section of a restaurant and/or bar to a very high standard.
Understanding the art of up-selling and a good knowledge of beer, wines and spirits, and also is passionate about food. Someone who can multi task, prioritise, keep calm under pressure as well as having good common sense and initiative.

Taking into account Wellington’s unpredictable weather, the deck can be covered with a large retractable roof whilst still offering the superb feeling of Al Fresco dining.
