Who are we?

At the Keys, we are all about hospo, with much of our team working in hospitality for much or all our working lives. We strive to create an environment that makes our customers and our team happy. 

Our venue consists of a Bistro, Sports Bar, Gaming Room, TAB and Function Rooms. Our Bistro seats 200, is open 7 days lunch and dinner, with a busy existing trade.  We have 2 function rooms, with regular functions from 50-150+ pax. 

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Can-do attitude with the ability to act efficiently 
• Passion for training and upskilling their knowledge 
• Promoting a great atmosphere for customers to have a positive experience
• Delivering service with a smile
• Have a friendly and welcoming personality – like to have a chat with our regulars. 

The successful applicant must hold the following current accreditations:

• Responsible Service of Alcohol
• Responsible Service of Gambling (not required for Bistro/Functions)
• TAB wagering accreditation
• Covid-19 Certificate of Vaccination
• Victorian Gaming Licence (not required for Bistro/Functions)

Due to the nature of the hospitality industry, availability for a range of shifts (day, graveyard and weekends) is crucial.
