JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a brilliant, experienced and professional Floor Manager to join us at The Grounds of Alexandria!

We have an opening in the management team at The Potting Shed, leading an established team into 2021 with passion, proactiveness and pride. 

We are looking for a strong leader with management experinece to help take the reins and drive this venue to continue to exceed our guests expectations and exceed and push revenue targets. With a strong, energetic management team to support you along this journey this is going to push your career to the next level.

This role requires someone who is self-motivated and someone who can motivate others. Someone who is results oriented, mature & professional with a high level of creativity, innovation & attentive skills to create memorable experiences for each & every guest.

REQUIREMENTS

We are looking for someone who has at least 1 year experience in a similar management position within a fast paced, dynamic environment. Having exposure to volume is key - there is really no place like us!

  • Experience in all elements and execution of opening and closing a venue/restaurant.
  • Customer-focused - passionate about interacting and building rapport with guests.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A genuine desire to learn and grow with us.
  • Have strong people management and communication skills.
  • Relish the training and development of staff.
  • Thrive on creating a strong work culture.
  • Available to work days, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
