Sous Chef at Ditto

Start: ASAP Where: Te Anau, Southland Type: Full time Pay: On application

JOB DESCRIPTION

We're looking for an experienced chef to join our team for the busy summer period in stunning Te Anau! Serving pan Asian style cuisine, we're looking for someone who's accustomed to a fast paced kitchen envrionment and keen to get stuck in with high standards and a passion for all things culinary. 

This position is full time 5 days of the week, with more hours available during the summer period. The right applicant will have the right to work in New Zealand and experience in a kitchen position, with experience in Asian cuisine a definite plus but not a necessity!

Ease into a busy summer season here in Te Anau with plenty of local accommodation and a close proximity to idylic sights such as Lake Te Anau, Milford Sound and Queenstown. If you have a passion for food, previous kitchen experience, bundles of enthusiasm and a can do attitude we would love to hear from you.

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Must have at least 6 months experience in a chef role with leadership. Must have the right to work in NZ without sponsorship.
