Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Ideal Candidate:
• Minimum of 1 year as a Chef de Partie
• Excellent communication and organisation
• Motivated with a positive attitude
• Adaptable, and able to work in a high pressure environment
• Responsibility for the operation of a designated section of the kitchen
• Ensure that recipes and proportions are strictly adhered to, to ensure consistency, quality and cost control
• Uphold morale in the kitchen.
• Part time positions are available.
• Must have the right to work in New-Zealand
