JOB DESCRIPTION

Glass Dining and Lounge Bar are looking for Section Wait staff to join the team. 

Glass Dining and Lounge Bar offers a contemporary dining experience with stunning views that overlook the Broadwater. It features high-quality modern Australian cuisine, with an emphasis on fabulous, fresh seafood caught in the local area. It is an award-winning restaurant that often caters for a variety of events. Attention to detail is a must, as is demonstrated culinary expertise.

Skills and experience

  • A minimum of 1 years hospitality experience in a restaurant of similar calibre
  • Must be able to demonstrate excellent food knowledge, and also an understanding of wine service
  • Must possess a true love of hospitality and customer service skills
  • Must be well presented at all times, have a great worth ethic and have a proven ability to perform under pressure
  • strong focus on customer service and relationship building

REQUIREMENTS

Ideal candidate will have the following:

  • Minimum of 1yr experience as a section waiter 
  • Must have a current QLD RSA Certificate
  • Must be flexible with shifts and available weekends
  • Can work as part of a team, in a fast paced environment
  • Must have vaccination certificate
