Restaurant relaunch for summer - Piazza on Iron Cove Bay, Lilyfield.
Opening hours 18:00 - late Wednesday to Sunday at The "Bay run", nestled under the grand Montage Events Centre.

who are skilled and experienced with a wood-fired oven and who may also have experience with oven cooking:
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.
Prefered Experience:
Minimum 2 years experience.
Dresscode:
Full Chef uniform including black nonslip shoes.
