JOB DESCRIPTION

We have two fantastic job opportunities available at our restaurants – one for a Restaurant Manager and another for a Duty Manager.

About the Role:

We are in search of Managers who have an appetite for growth and development. The ideal candidate will be a people-focused individual, dedicated to coaching, mentoring, and nurturing team members to reach their full potential. As a Manager, your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of restaurant management, including day-to-day operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, training and coaching crew members, and overseeing stock receiving and storage.

Key Duties Include:

*Lead the shift team in delivering outstanding customer service in accordance with company guidelines and incentives.
*Resolve customer complaints promptly to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
*Train, coach, and supervise shift supervisors and crew members to optimize restaurant performance.
*Ensure all areas of the restaurant meet company standards for cleanliness and presentation.
*Execute opening and closing procedures and daily routines as per company policy, including stock checklists and trading hours.
*Handle cash transactions in strict adherence to company policy and procedures.

Requirements:

*Previous experience in a leadership or management role in fine dining, casual dining, or similar restaurant is preferred.
*Demonstrated experience in direct customer service.
*Ability to effectively engage, lead, and motivate a diverse team.
*Proven track record of achieving KPIs.
*Exceptional attention to detail.
*LCQ and Manager's Certificate are essential for this position.
