Looking For a Passionate and social Restaurant Manager to run an established Surry Hills restaurant as it moves into a new and exciting phase.

Tokki is a casual funky eatery birthed from the Japanese and Korean Izakayas. With an emphasis on shareable dishes accompanied with bespoke cocktails and a love of loud, relaxed, chatty service that makes you want to keep on coming back.

We are an up and coming restaurant group with restaurants around the Sydney CBD and surrounds. We are an ambitious family like company who is dedicated and passionate about the food and service at our venues.

Our operations team is dedicated to building a company full of dedicated and passionate people who take full ownership of their venues and make them places for people to travel to, as well as locals to come home to. 

About the Opportunity:

The primary focus of the role will be the day to day running of the Restaurant, ensuring each day the team is ready for service and all details of the service are organised for a smooth evening for our team and guests. We want this venue to go from strength to strength, getting to know your regulars and seeking out opportunities for growth are the core principles that will lead to further personal growth and promotion in the future.

You will be given ample opportunity to make your mark on the Hospitality Industry.
