We are a Turkish Pide shop in the new Broadway Food Court, in the heart of Papakura also operating a wood-fired food truck. We have a position available for a Chef De Partie (CPD) to work in the Food Truck and also in the Papakura Shop. Will work at prep, dinner service and closing. This candidate must have a car and a valid driving licence to drive to different food truck locations. Mileage expenses such as fuel etc. will be covered.
This position is,
- Permanent and full time (40 hours/week minimum)
- 5-6 days a week (the candidate must be able to work at weekends)
- Paid $27-30 hourly, based on experience. Migrants will be paid at least the median wage applicable at the date of employment.
Minimum Qualifications,
Candidate should have at least 1 year of experience to handle pide/pizza dough, to be able to use pizza ovens (electrical and wood fired). Experience with Turkish Pide and Pizza will be a plus.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
