JOB DESCRIPTION

Panhead's Bar and Tasting Room is the brewery’s own beer and food shrine featuring sixteen taps, a 600 litre pilot brewery and the Panhead Custom Kitchen.

You’ll find all the old favourites fresh from the brewery along with a whole lot of special brews cooked up in the shiny vats adorning the back wall.

As Panhead’s Tasting Room Assistant Bar Manager you’ll be responsible for maintaining the awesome vibe at the tasting room to the utmost of your abilities and responsibilities. You would’ve done this sort of thing before.

What sort of person are you?

Positive, enthusiastic, welcoming, approachable. You’re also fair, honest, professional and you don’t play favourites. You’re flexible enough to cope with the crazy stuff that goes on around here and you’re willing to pitch in when needed, even if the hours get a little weird on the odd occasion.

You’re happy to be accountable and to take responsibility for the good name of Panhead and we really love your ability to think for yourself.

Good luck!
