Oi Izakaya are hiring across the board. We only open night but open every day - typical shift times run from 3-10pm for the longest shifts with a later start time (5 or 6pm) for shorter shifts
As a priority we are looking for bartenders and have 60 hours to fill each week. So we are looking for (ideally):
Or these hours could be filled by more people with less availability. Cocktail making experience is essential and all the Japanese elements specific to our place can be acquired
Secondly we are looking for wait staff and have 50 hours to fill each week. So we are looking for (ideally):
Opportunity is also available for a venue manager or supervisor to run shifts and have full time hours so the owners can step back a little.
