JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Mangere, Auckland
Hours of Work: Guaranteed a minimum of 30 hours per week. Rotating roster, including weekends.
Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent position
Wage Rate: $26 - $28 per hour

The Night Auditor role oversees the night shift, and is the the first-in-line for any guest requests overnight.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities
The Night Auditor role will involve:

  • Supervision and oversight of night shifts, including meeting and greeting guests arriving late.
  • Responding to guest requests at night.
  • Oversight of security of the hotel property, and reporting any incidents or concerns to Management.
  • Perform night audit and reconcile transactions from the Front Office and Food & Beverage departments. Locate and correct any discrepancies.
  • Prepare Front Office for the morning shift, and clean the reception and public areas.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
The successful candidate will need to have:

  • 2-3 years relevant Front Office experience, and
  • An LCQ qualification, and a current Managers Certificate, and
  • A current First Aid certificate, and
  • A full NZ Drivers License.
