About the Role:

Due to continuous growth of our business, we are looking for experienced and dedicated Kitchen Hands & Cooks to become part of our professional and hard-working kitchen team. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Previous experience in a similar high volume environment.
• Have a sense of urgency attitute 
• Advanced communication skills.
• Impeccable presentation, hygiene and grooming standards.
• Have attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Flexible availability over a 5 day rotating roster including weekends and public holidays.
• Roles will include, cooking on grill, using deep fryers and preparing and wrapping burgers along with other side menu items eg chips.
• End of shift will be required to do a thorough clean including hosing and srubbing of floors (6m by 6m kitchen) and cleaning deep fryers.

This is a casual role that can lead to a permament role.

Casual Full time hours: 38-40 hours per week

Expected Start Date: 06/01/2020

Job Type: Casual Full time hours

Salary: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Rotating roster weekends is a must

Commercial Cookery Qualification:

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (Preferred)
