Jordon's Seafood Restaurant Darling Harbour are looking for a dedicated Kitchen Hand who knows their way around the kitchen and is eager to learn new skills.

The ideal Kitchen Hand will be responsible for dishwashing, generally assisting chefs and basic food preparation.

REQUIRMENTS

• Operate an industrial dishwasher, washing dishes and glassware by hand when necessary
• Unload dishes, silverware, and glassware from dishwasher
• Ability to handle large volumes of dishes, including pots and pans
• Carry out basic cleaning tasks within the premises
• Assist chefs and wait staff as required, especially during peak hours
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
• Must be fully Vaccinated
