About you:

RSA is a must
1+ years experience as a waiter in a similar environment
Great passion for food and wine
A strong understanding of run of service in a busy restaurant/café
Experience using POS systems
Able to carry 3 plates
An expert communicator – with customers and fellow staff
Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
