JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for experienced professional Bar Staff, Bar Manager and Floor staff to join our great team.

We are a very busy large venue with great vibes, relaxed and fun atmosphere and of course the priceless banter with the locals!

Here at the Erica we pride ourselves on our very high food and beverage standards, service and always going the extra mile for our clientele.

If you can say ‘YES’ to the following, we would love to hear from you:

  • 2 + years hospo experience
  • Full time / Part time available 
  • Flexible with availability including weekends
  • Highly motivated with a great work ethic

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

All-rounder
Bar Manager
Waitstaff

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years experience in a similar position
  • The ability to work with efficiency and speed whilst maintaining quality
  • Enthusiasm with all tasks and the ability to work with confidence under pressure
  • A willingness to work with the team as well as unsupervised
  • Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
