The Position

Barista for a busy restaurant in Southbank!

With an obsession to create memorable restaurants and bars, the Alemré Group is passionately committed to its craft. Having extensively researched all things hospitality and understanding the processes to creating great venues. We drive a high volume customer focused approach, where value for money is pivotal.

Vici Italian is looking for passionate and experienced Barista's to join our team for an immediate start! As a member of the Café team, you must possess excellent customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional coffees for all guests.

You’ll be able to interact confidently with your guests and build lasting relationships. We are a small team and in need for another superstar to join us! We are a fast-paced restaurant and weekend availability is a must! The ideal candidate will be a confident team player and be able to work autonomously during the week. 35 hours+ available for the right candidate.

• You will need to love hospitality, working in a great team and serving the public
• You must be able to demonstrate a bright, bubbly, friendly personality and have a natural aptitude for providing the highest level of customer service
• You will have an eye for detail, excellent personal presentation, a committed work ethic and a professional and confident communication style
• In addition to working behind the coffee machine you will be involved in all general cafe work including food handling, table/counter service, cash/eftpos handling, & maintaining cleanliness standards
• Applicants must be flexible and be available to work a variety of day and weekend shifts
• Latte Art Ability is highly advantageous
