Catering HQ is looking for experienced, vibrant and dynamic bartenders, experienced cocktail mixologists and events staff to join our events team at Brighton Lakes Recreation and Golf Club in Moorebank. We are offering fulltime, part time and casual roles.

• Must have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
• Must have a valid RSA

Responsibilities include:

• Carry drink trays
• General knowledge about wine, spirits and cocktails
• Tap beer pour
• General bar maintenance and stock control
• Drink line maintenance
• POS ordering
