UNTIED

Untied is a modern Australian rooftop situated in the streets of Barangaroo. Kick back and let loose in a modern, industrial building that features an external green stairwell, vibrant space complete with a sleek marble bar notably one of Sydney's hottest rooftop playgrounds. 

THE OPPORTUNITY

The team at Untied are currently on the hunt for Duty Managers to lead and support the team. The successful candidate must be a strong leader with good communication skills who is comfortable leading and inspiring the team.

  • Enjoys working with others in a team environment, whilst leading from the front
  • Possesses exceptional customer service and presentation skills
  • Has restaurant, gaming, bar and accommodation service experience
  • Hands on management of the venue including day to day operations
  • Maintaining and exceeding overall minimum standards
  • Training and development of staff to ensure a consistently amazing customer experience
  • Ensuring policies, procedures and standards are current, effective and clearly communicated
