Hauraki Social Club is a new bar and restaurant coming soon to Hauraki Corner near Takapuna around early August.

We're looking for an experienced person with a Managers Certificate to help with opening and operating the venue on a full-time basis.

HSC is a locally owned and operated venue servicing the Hauraki suburb as well as the wider Takapuna South, Bayswater and Belmont areas. Located upstairs in the iconic former Corner Store building at Lake and Jutland Roads above XO Restaurant. We're establishing a venue that supports local businesses, events and clubs as a place for locals and the wider community to connect.

We have 8 years experience in Hospitality as an owner and operator of other venues around Auckland. The role will involve working closesly with the owners, helping establish and running a small team of staff and getting to know locals and guests that frequent the venue.

This role will be best suited by someone able to take on the responsibilities of operating a venue with confidence and initiative and assistance in setting up before the opening date may be required if the applicant was keen to help and available to begin work earlier than August.

The applicant must have a current Managers Certificate from Auckland Council and we will be more than happy to assist how we can and cover the cost of keeping their certificate renewed. A competitive hourly rate above the market average will be offered.
