JOB DESCRIPTION

We are searching for an experienced Duty Manager for Cafe Valentino.
Our ideal candidate will be someone who can lead and develop our team from the front and have a hands on approach.
We are looking for someone who has a creative flare to help push Cafe Valentino to new heights with new promotions and marketing strategies.
If you have a passion for hospitality; this is the role for you.

As a Duty Manager for Cafe Valentino, you will be actively involved in all aspects of the daily running of the venue alongside our Restaurant Manager including;
 

  • Delivering excellent customer service to build and retain customer rapport
  • Providing staff leadership and direction, offer guidance and support to staff
  • Venue presentation and ambiance
  • Taking booking and function enquiries
  • Staff trainings alongside the Restaurant Manager
  • End of night reconciliation, banking and venue close down procedures
  • Keeping in line with all targets, KPIs and budgets set
  • Adhering to all legal requirements of the business


You will have a great attention to detail, be focused on quality control and customer satisfaction with at least two years experience in a similar role.
