About the Role:

We're looking for experienced Duty Managers to come and join our family! This role requires the leadership and communication skills of a truly special individual. As Duty Manager, you will effectively oversee the running of the Club on a day-to-day basis. Working with our Operations Manager, you will endeavor to get the most out of our staff and ensure the Club is running efficiently and effectively. Our emphasis on quality of service ensures you will be working with the best team in the industry. To guarantee our investment in such quality, we are offering a $2,000 signing bonus to the best applicant.

  • An enthusiasm and passion for all aspects of hospitality;
  • Fantastic customer service skills;
  • Exceptional presentation;
  • Ability to effectively problem solve;
  • Current RSA & RCG Qualifications;
  • Flexible availabilities including weekends and holidays;
  • COVID Vaccinated;
  • Extensive cash handling skills;
  • Extensive experience in similar roles in the hospitality industry, including back-of-house procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
