JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Breakfast chef at the Porter House hotel sydney - MGallery opening on August.

We require a Breakfast chef to be part of our kitchen team who is someone who can concentrate, learn and works well with others.  This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the grand opening team of a highly regarded property within the Accor network.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Relevant experience in a similar position, ideally in a 5 star Hotel or premium restaurant

  • Understanding of food safety standards and HACCP 

  • Ability to maintain high standards under pressure

  • Strong team building and delegation skills

  • Ability to work as a part of a team with excellent communication skills

  • You must have the legal rights to work in Australia

  • You must be fully vaccinated (with two doses of an approved COVID-19 vaccine) or have a genuine medical exemption to be eligible to work on site
