We are searching for experienced cocktail bartenders to join our team, immediate start! 

We are a well loved, busy, late night bar specialising in quality music and quality drinks and service, in the Melbourne CBD. We are situated at the top of the city, in Bourke Street, just near Parliament Station. Fantastic crowd; lots of regular patrons and happy faces. 

You will present well; causal clean and neat dresscode (personal flair welcomed). Plus you express yourself with confidence, commiunicate well with other staff and the owners, and be passionate about ensuring our guests receive great service. As we are a small team, we all help out as needed with keeping the bar well presented, general cleaning, restocking, bar set up and prep. 

You will be available to work Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights; we are currently open 4 nights per week from 8pm to 3am - with some private events as well, which may offer some aftermoon shifts too. With a view to extending our trading hours soon.
