Chef de Partie (CDP) / Line / Short Order Cook

We are looking for an experienced, positive and competent Chef de Partie / Short Order Cook with a passion for quality. 

You will work well in a fun and diverse team of all levels of experience and will support our Head Chef and Sous Chef providing high quality, inspiring and exceptional food that is appealing to our wide range of customers. 

We offer a modern, air conditioned kitchen working with a close knit BOH and FOH team in one of the most beautiful parts of Canterbury! 

We’re passionate about developing our team so opportunities for apprenticeship and skills training available to the right people. 
 

We are in Kirwee on the Great Alpine Highway only a short 30min commute from Christchurch city or 17mins from Rolleston. We’re only 7 months old but we are getting busier by the day. We have big aspirations to be the best in Selwyn and we’d love some more skills and passion in our kitchen to help us get there. 

Our busiest times are weekends and evenings but with a great team there is some flexibility around preferred days/hours on/off.

Full time and Part time hours will be considered.

Experience preferred, level 4 cookery or City & Guilds ideal but we will consider equivalent experience. 
 

An interest in developing your kitchen skills is also desireable - we are willing to work with our team to upskill team members.
