JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly motivated professional wanting the opportunity to develop learn and grow, while being a key part of a high performing team.

As the leader of our Catering Team you will assist with managing an existing pool of staff, and projects that build and contribute to the local community, as well as events you will want to tell the world about. From professional sport and corporate dinners, through to international concerts and community groups

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Flexibility to work varied hours for service
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • People management experience
  • Ability to relate to and deal with people on all levels
  • Exceptionally organised and with service skills to match
  • A passion to deliver a world class venue for our clients and patrons
  • Current duty managers certificate
  • A level of drive and energy to inspire your team and lead from the front
