About the role:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Catering Assistant to work at our Senior Living site 'Selwyn Village' in Auckland. Hours of work are permanent and full-time.

Ko o kawenga / Your responsibilities:  

In this position, you will be responsible for;

• General catering assistant duties in café and care house kitchens.
• You will also be assisting with sandwich preparation, baking
• EWnsuring all requests are dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
• In addition, you will be providing superb customer service to the sites residents
• Assisting with general kitchen and cleaning duties.

If you're our ideal candidate;

• You will be a responsible person will be reliable, honest and hardworking, with a friendly outgoing personality and a 'can do' attitude.
• You will have excellent customer service skills and enjoy interacting with the elderly.
• Ideally you will already have some experience working in a café and have previous barista experience.
• Most importantly you will demonstrate a passion for great food, customer service and quality.
