Barista / all-rounder

The Role

You will be working with new, high-quality equipment, and will also be part of a fun team in an excellent working environment.  If you are positive, upbeat, clean, tidy, reliable and you are prepared to learn you have some of the key attributes that we are looking for.

As part of the team, you will be ensuring excellent customer service and create a great guest customer experience with a focus on maintaining high coffee standards.

The cafe is part of a portfolio of venues and sites that are in a strong growth phase and is performing very successfully within the hospitality market.

You will be responsible for performing the following duties:

• Produce a high-quality coffee at all times
• Serve all customers in a timely, efficient, and courteous manner.
• Handle all monies and payments according to procedure and guidelines.
• Customer service
• Clearing and cleaning tables

Requirements:

• Two years min experience
• Passionate about providing a truly memorable customer service experience every time.
• Food preparation skills and knowledge of safe food handling
• Great personality and personal presentation
• Experienced and Professional Barista who is not shy of handling customers at the point of sale or wash dishes

Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years experience working within a high volume cafe, be energetic, well presented, reliable and willing to work weekends.
