JOB DESCRIPTION

P.J O'Brien's is one of the longest running Irish pubs here in Melbourne. We are currently looking for bartenders to join our team. Part time and full time hours available but weekend availability is a must. 

Ideal candidate will have great customer service, be able to work un-supervised, perform well in a fast-paced environment & have a bit of 'craic'

We are open from 12pm, 7days a week with live music Wednesday - Sunday.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

Bartender
Function/Banquet server
Glassy/Bar back
Waitstaff

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 6 months previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Some experience is essential in customer service roles but training can also be given
  • Be a positive and collaborative team player
  • Open to learning and ready for growth
  • Flexible availability, nights and weekends are a must
  • Hold a current RSA
  • Immediate starts available 
  • In line with Government guidlines, all candidates must be fully vaccinated to be considered for the role
