Bartender - We seek a talented and enthusiastic bar person to join our team! As our bar person, you will ensure that guests receive beautifully presented drinks to complement our food.

You will be able to showcase your attention to detail, excellent communication skills and ability to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

1. Efficiently prepare beverages from our dispense bar to be served to our guests, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Ensure proper storage, handling and presentation of drinks from our bar.
3. Maintain accurate records of inventory for ordering new stock.
4. Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to create new cocktails that complement our menu offerings.
5. Work with our Sommelier and team to produce a bar menu that reflects the restaurant and offers our guests an exceptional choice of drinks.

1. Demonstrated expertise and knowledge of a wide range of drinks, from high-end spirits to cocktails and non-alcoholic options.
2. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service with a friendly demeanour.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. An ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
7. Prior experience in a similar role - benefits of working at a Michelin-starred restaurant is a plus.
