JOB DESCRIPTION

Primal Barista in Ashmore is looking for an experienced Barista/All Rounder to join our team.

We are looking for team members who can deliver:

  • Exceptional coffees with beautiful latte art
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly can-do attitude
  • Success in working in a team and fast paced environment
  • Maintain hygienic food service techniques during service 

To be successful in this role, you must be:

  • Able to work a rotating roster - must be available mornings and weekends
  • Essential you have previous experience in hospitality
  • It is imperative to have strong barista experience
  • You maintain a neat and tidy appearance
  • Have excellent communication skills and demonstrate an enthusiastic and welcoming attitude.

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

All-rounder
Barista

Please note: You should have a minimum 2 years previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+  years experience in a similar role
  • Reliable, punctual, and neat presentation;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Focused on outstanding customer service;
  • Have availability to work varying shifts;
  • Immediate start for successful applicants.
