The Mayflower embodies a new concept of casual luxe dining in the heart of Darlinghurst! We're looking for a Barista/ All Rounder for our popular and award winning cafe.

Wait Staff Position: Our front of house team is pivotal in delivering exceptional experiences and we need hardworking and friendly wait staff to join our team!
Role responsibilities:

• Make and serve specialty coffees and teas
• Maintain a clean and sanitised work station
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items
• Be punctual and able to observe regular and consistent attendance
• Ability to work under pressure and be a strong team player
• Prioritise customer service and experience above all

Additional role info:
We are looking for a range of Casual, Part-Time and Full-Time Barista/ All rounder Prior experience and tenure will be taken into role consideration when reviewing applicants. Bartending experience a bonus!
