We are looking for a dynamic, hands on, self motivated bar manager to run our Hotel bar at Spencer Hotel Takapuna. Roughly 30 to 35 hours a week Wednesday to Sunday from 3pm till finish.
This is a new venture for Free Range Chef Catering Company so looking for someone to take control of the bar.
We are looking for someone who will be happy serving, working on there own, organising stock and ordering and cash out at the end of shift. You will be supported by operations manager and owner.
Ideal candidate would have a great personality, able to work on there own, have experiance with all aspects of bar management, have the confidence to implement their personality and ideas.
Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.
LCQ and Managers certificate, at least a years experiance running a bar.
