JOB DESCRIPTION

The Vicar Hotel located in the heart of Dural is looking for an experienced, motivated and customer service focused gaming manager to join our friendly team. 

You will be looking after a high turnover gaming room, consisting of 25 new gaming machines including the latest dual-screen gaming sensation from Aristocrat, MarsX. The room is frequented by friendly and courteous patrons. 

 About the job:

  • Cash handling - processing payouts, maintaining till counts and balances, confidence in cash handling is essential
  • Customer service - greeting guests, providing exceptional and personalised service in the gaming room
  • Machine maintenance - preferably have experience in clearing machines, although this is not essential and can be taught on job
  • Drinks Service - preparation of all drinks in the room as well as tray service
  • Monitor & maintain compliance with licensing requirements

RECOMMENDED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

All-rounder
Gaming attendant

Please note: You should have a minimum up to 1 year previous experience in the above or similar roles.

REQUIREMENTS

  • About the applicant:

  • Excellent customer service skills and a friendly and personable nature
  • Must have gaming experience
  • Punctuality and immaculate presentation are key
  • Must be available to work weekends and nights

  • To be considered for this role applicants must have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a demonstrated ability working in a busy food & beverage environment.
