You are an essential team member - providing reliable guest services with a smile.  In this role, you will attend to the delivery of guest requests, hotel linen, chemicals, laundry, and bulky items.  You might even do the odd job around the hotel as needed.  No two days are the same.

Maintaining orderly and clean pantries and housekeeping areas will be critical; as well as the ability to service guest rooms as requested, but don’t worry about that – we’ll teach you what to do! #easypeasy

As an essential ‘all-rounder’ you will also assist with completing of the daily stock take of linen and other inventory items as needed.

The role is very physical – with pushing and pulling of trolleys, loading of pantries, walking corridors, and being an all-round awesome help during busy periods.  Think of it as a great physical work out without the costly gym fees!

About You

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Available to work across 7 days if needed
• Have excellent grooming and presentation
• Be reliable and dependent – willing to roll up your sleeves and get on with it
• Have a genuine desire to ease the load and help where you can
• Experience in a similar role is highly desired, however not essential
