For 2hrs you'll get hands-on training in Havanas incredible open-door roasterys that are run by awesome crews who are ready to teach you some coffee basics.

Come along and experience creating that unforgettable customer journey where what they see, hear, taste and feel is what they get – the COFFEEUFEEL.

What You'll be Learning:

• A short roastery tour and explanation of the bean to cup process
• General coffee knowledge
• Dialling in the grinder & pulling espresso shots
• Steaming & pouring milk
• Differentiating between espresso beverages
• Cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting
